Exit advisory built from experience

We didn't start with a theory.
We started with a business that couldn't sell.

Two founders. One failed exit we were inside. That is what Revere is built on.

Built by people who have been inside the problem.

Two founders. Every engagement gets our direct attention.

A real engagement. A hard outcome. A clear lesson.

Before Revere existed, we were brought into a family owned business facing a question most owners eventually face. How do we get out of this well? An appraisal was done. A broker was hired. Buyers came and looked at the books. There was a plan.

Nothing changed. Knowledge stayed with the founders. Systems stayed informal. When buyers looked closely, they couldn't underwrite what they saw. Not because the business wasn't real, but because nothing had been done to make it transferable.

By the time we got involved, the window had closed. We built the closure plan instead.

That experience is what Revere is built on. The execution gap is not a theory. We watched it happen.

If this sounds like where you are, let's talk.
